The scheme aims to further complement the MDM with aim to enhancing the nutrition value in the children's meal with flavored milk
The **purpose** of the **Dudh Sanjivani Yojana** is to improve the nutritional status of children and pregnant or lactating women, particularly in tribal and underdeveloped areas, by providing them with milk to combat malnutrition and enhance health.
Flavored milk is served 5 days in a week during MDM
All government schools in State are eligible under this programme
No application required as the scheme is already being implmented under MDM
Aadhaar Card – For both mother and child Birth Certificate – For the child ANC (Antenatal Care) Card – For pregnant women Proof of Residence – Such as ration card, electricity bill, etc. Anganwadi Registration Proof – The beneficiary must be registered at an Anganwadi center
