All government primary schools in State are eligible under this programme. However, the school should have minimum basic infrastructure such as toilets, water supply, Good grading (A or A+) in Gunotsav grading, Computer lab in the school, Upper primary classrooms in the school, Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) and Student Classroom Ratio (SCR) compatibility as per RTE
No application required. The decision is made by Education Officer at District level in consultation with Collector Office.
